Zepter juice cooker FOR JUICE. ORIGINAL!
The principle of operation of the Zepter juicer is based on the allocation of juice from fresh fruits and vegetables under the influence of hot steam. Before starting work, thoroughly rinse all parts of the cooker with hot water. Fill the Zepter pan with water (about 1.5 l) and place on a stove or other heat source. In the pan, install the cookware for juicer assembly (with inserted juice collector and connected rubber tube).
On a cookware for juiciness, install a double boiler with a diameter of 24 cm, in which lay well-washed and prepared cut, peeled, etc. Fruits, berries or vegetables (about 2 kg), and close the lid. As the water boils, fruits (berries or vegetables) emit juice, which, accumulating in the juice collector, enters the container through a rubber tube. Put a clamp on a rubber tube or lower its free end into a container for finished juice. At the end of the juice preparation, thoroughly clean all parts of the Zepter juicer, including the drain pipe.
