Yes, this machine is a beast. New Year's resolution (last year): drink more juice. Except nothing less than the best.

Unlike the ("best") standard blade-cut/chopping juice extractors, this machine extracts juice from all leafy greens INCLUDING wheatgrass. It's better than the centrifugal machines in terms of obtaining more of the nutrients (cuts and presses simultaneously) to extract rather than cut and separate. It is also proven-watch youtube-to extract more volume than conventional juicers.

Do some research and you'll arrive at this conclusion. The versatility makes this a two in one juice extractor. The small extruder housing (small holes on the screen) performs like a champ for leafy greens and dense fruit/veggies while the larger hole screen housing handles everything else. Used it no more than a handful of times.
